    Eco-rede: A Social Network for Brazil’s Biomes

Eco-rede is a social platform that connects people through the diversity of Brazil’s biomes, encouraging storytelling, environmental education, and sustainable collaboration. It transforms online connection into ecological awareness, cultural belonging, and collective climate action.

Eco-rede is rooted in my personal connection to the Brazilian biomes, especially the Caatinga, where my childhood memories of green landscapes have been replaced by drought and burning. This project comes from an inner call to heal the relationship between people and nature, reconnecting communities with the land that shapes their identity. By sharing stories, traditions, and lived experiences, Eco-rede invites users to develop emotional, cultural, and ecological belonging — a heart-led shift toward collective environmental care.

    Seedlings

Seedlings is a nurturing, restorative space where ideas, passions, and people can take root and grow. Through loosely structured, community-centered gatherings, we offer room to breathe, dream out loud, and receive support and guidance from one another.

One of our intentions and agreements is Slowness, Aliveness, and Growth. “We choose depth over speed. By slowing down and staying alive to what’s within us, we nurture authentic growth, understanding that inner transformation is the seed of outer change.”

Climate Justice, Innovation, Wellness, and Urban Agriculture Hub

The hub will provide a safe space for activists, artists, techies, young people, farmers, policymakers, and human rights defenders to meet, organize, create, incubate, refresh, network, design, energize, collaborate, and unwind. It will serve as a vibrant center for innovation, healing, and collective action towards climate resilience and social justice.

At its core, the hub embodies healing, reflection, and reconnection with self, community, and nature. It recognizes that resilience begins from within, and by grounding activism in art, mindfulness, and environmental care, it nurtures emotional balance, creativity, and purpose. Through providing a safe space, engagement in community gardening/farming, exercise, therapy, and collective dialogues, participants will be able to recharge and cultivate inner strength and empathy, essential for sustaining the struggle for climate and social justice.

The Sanga Cipta Expedition: Nurturing the Peaks, Changing Policies

A pilot expedition designed to collect integrated Sensory, Biocultural, Waste, and Carbon data in the hard-to-reach zones of Mount Gede Pangrango National Park to generate holistic policy recommendations.

This Capstone integrates both Inner-led Change and Nature-based Change, with a strong Heart-based focus within the first pillar.

    Nature-based Change
The expedition directly involves the natural environment to collect critical data for conservation advocacy.
Pillar 2: Cipta Alam (Nature-Creation): Focuses on biodiversity observation and documentation of Local Wisdom (Ethno-Ecology Survey).
Policy Advocacy: The project’s ultimate goal is to provide strong empirical evidence (waste, carbon, and biodiversity data) to form policy briefs that urge park management and local government to act.

    Inner-led / Heart-based Change
The project’s core goal is to shift the hiking approach from a mere physical achievement to a process of mindfulness. This internal and heart-focused development is encapsulated in the first pillar:
Pillar 1: Cipta Diri (Self-Creation): Development of internal awareness through Mindfulness.
Heart-based Methodologies: Data is collected through qualitative, reflective practices, such as the Sensory Pause and keeping an Emotion vs. Environment Journal.

Kat-Kad: Katawhan sa Kadagatan (People of the Seas)

Experiencing art-in-nature & nature-as-art intends to inspire visitors to deepen their embodied relation to sea-based ecologies. Each visitor is led by a local trained guide and invited to record a sensory ethnography of the outdoor exhibition space. Through eco-educational programming aimed at local youth, KatKad becomes a classroom for reconnecting communities to our beach coasts…

Reclaiming Narratives of Collective Resilience in SWANA

Climate change isn't just environmental; it's emotional, historic and deeply human. Many communities carry on inherited wounds of extraction, exploitation and displacement.

This project seeks to honour their stories of care, creativity and regeneration through a blend of storytelling and community building.

The Power of the “Little People”

The plan is to produce two short-format modules called The Power of the “Little People” and Ripples of Change in Waste & Circularity, as well as an oral storytelling component (like a simplified podcast) called The 3.5 Percent: Stories of Ordinary People Pushing for Change, for the capstone. These will be published in The E-Waste…

The capstone is focused on building hope, by highlighting the significance of creating ripples through taking small actions to create collective change.

    The Bridge Within

A participatory futures-making project where young environmental advocates across Nigeria bridge ideological and identity divides through art, mindfulness, and dialogue, fostering collective resilience and co-creating a shared advocacy pathway for environmental activism.

Rooted in the practice of inner-led change, The Bridge Within invites participants to bridge by looking again, this time within their hearts, to acknowledge barriers or biases that have caused breaking, and then reach out in shared unity and fellowship to build connections and understanding with one another and the Earth.
