Policy, Research and Reports

From Inner-Change to Policy Change

CYR aims to shift the narrative around inner-led change and care through embedding practices into organisational and educational cultures, and through policymaking. Our research provides insight into how best to navigate the deep systemic change required.

CYR’s Publications

Listening to our Youth

CYR has published two reports highlighting the need for embedding inner work and resilience practices into youth communities.

While the Mindfulness Initiative and our CYR team have all weighed in on this text, we are keen to hear your views and to make the content context and culturally sensitive, without losing the essence of CYR’s mission to enhance the inner capacities of young people globally. Please share widely and let us know your thoughts. We remain committed to building a world of belonging for all.

Weaving Communities of Inner-led Change

The report conveys what we heard and learnt from a survey of 134 respondents and - through young people's voices - highlights key issues in developing resource services to support inner dimension work. For a quick summary please see the 3-page overview.

Weaving Inner and Outer Worlds to Drive Impactful Change

This colorful briefing paper showcases our vision for collective resilience, liberation and belonging. We call this our “CYR DNA”.

Reports from

The Mindfulness Initiative
